What we collect

• Account email and a hashed password. We never see or store your real password.
• A device fingerprint derived from your hardware for one-device enforcement. We never see your raw hardware IDs.
• Payment events: provider, amount, reference ID. We never store card numbers.
• Crash reports (optional, user-triggered): minidump + loader log, encrypted at rest.

What we don't collect

• Game account credentials.
• Keystrokes, mouse movement, voice, screen captures.
• Anything from your PC beyond the fields listed above.

Who we share with

Payment processors (Stripe, NOWPayments, PayPal) receive what they need to process the specific transaction. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 12 months after cancellation (for dispute windows and detection history). You can request deletion by opening a ticket in our Discord.

Security

Passwords are stored as a strong one-way hash — we cannot read them. Builds are encrypted at rest with a key tied to your account. Device-reset requests are reviewed by a human before approval.
